Abstract

Also, said negative pressure is directly supplied to the first chamber 15 of the air control valve 9 and supplied to the second chamber 16 with a time lag due to the delaying action caused by the throttle element 22 of the negative pressure delaying valve 21. For this reason, the air control valve 9 is opened for a delayed time based on the negative pressure delaying valve 21 and air from the additional air path 8 is supplied to the downstream of the throttle valve 4.
