Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When an automatic steering is ordered from the operation board 13, an electric signal representing a steering angle generated by the steering sensor 11, a rotational direction of a wheel generated by a wheel rotation sensor 12 and an electric signal representing a rotational angle are fed to a control circuit 14 including a microcomputer so as to perform a calculation process under a real time basis. The result of this processing represents a steering angle, then the driving circuit 15 is operated to perform a steering of the vehicle 4. Reference numeral 16 indicates a sensor circuit so as to sense information representing the steering mechanism 5 and feed it back to the control circuit 14.
