CONSTITUTION:Heat generating resistors 13 or 15 is arranged between electrodes 12, 12 at opposing locations on an insulating substrate 11 such as a ceramic substrate, and the central sections of the heat generating resistors 13, 15 are made wider than other sections. Thus, since the resistance values of the central sections 14, 16 are made smaller than other sections, hot spots cannot be formed only at the central sections when currents flow through the heat generating resistors 13, 15, and the whole is heat-generated uniformly.
