Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to respond without time delay, by laminating a heating element and a thermosensitive element through an insulating layer on the same substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Heating element 2 is formed on insulating substrate 1, and electrodes 4 are formed at both ends of element 2. Next, insulating layer 12 is formed on the upper face of element 2 and electrodes 4. Thermosensitive element 3 is formed in the forming face of element 2 on the upper face of insulating layer 12. As a result, the thermal conduction time can be shortened considerably, and the effective value measuring unit of a short response time can be obtained.
