CONSTITUTION: The surface of insulating base plate 4 is coated with resistor 7 having a positive resistance temperature coefficient; and in an intermediate position between electrodes 5 and 5' is provided resistor 6 having no positive resistance temperature coefficient, such as carbon resistor. By this, with the rise of temperature, the voltage impressed on resistor 6 becomes small and at the same time the amount of heat generation is reduced. As a result, over-heating in the central part can be prevented and the rush current under the condition of low temperature can be reduced.
