Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a heat storage unit which has uniform heat transfer between the surface and the interior and high heat energy utility ratio by uniformly dispersing carbon powder in a main heat storage unit material.
CONSTITUTION: Carbon powder is uniformly dispersed in a main heat storage unit material in which latent heat can be utilized due to solid to liquid transformation. The mixture ratio of the carbon powder to the main heat storage material is set by volume to 2W50% of carbon powder. Thus, heat transfer path with the carbon particles can be formed laterally and longitudinally in the heat storage unit, and the heat transfer between the surface of the heat storage unit and the respective positions in the heat storage unit can be equalized. Since no irregularity exists in the heat conductivity, it can prevent local overcooling.
