Combustion gas of about 850°C generated in incinerator 5 is cooled by heat exchanger 18 to about 85°C and, while moving down through pipe 35 in heat exchanger 28, further cooled to about 40°C with combustion gas in corridor 32 to enter condenser 36. The combustion is cooled in condenser 36 to 0W5°C with cooling gas from refrigerator 37 and the dry combustion gas after cooled is sent to coolant corridor 32 by way of corridor 43, blower 45 and corridor 46 and, after cooling combustion gas moving down through pipe 35, exhausted out of corridor 48.
