Abstract

PURPOSE: To elevate the thermal efficiency and to prevent a room from air contamination which might be caused by captioned device having functions of cooking and hot water supply using as fuel oil or gas.
CONSTITUTION: By an air blower 9 fresh air is supplied to the burner 1 through an air inlet pipe 7 from outside. Exhaust gas generated in a combustion chamber 4 enter into a heat exchanger 14 through an exhaust pipe 8 and after being performed heat exchange with water in a water reservoir tank 1, is discharged to outside. The combustion chamber 4 is tightly closed by means of heat ray transmitting plate 3 and a cooking pan is heated up on the heat ray transmitting plate 3. Air for burning is supplied from outside and exhaust gas is discharged to outside, accordingly there happens no lack of oxygen nor air contamination inside of room and, moreover, energy of combustion gas is almost completely utilized and thus, thermal efficiency is elevated.
