Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an excretion disposal system ready for stable incineration of excretions by a system wherein a waste heat is collected efficiently from a hot waste gas generated to save a use of fuel, and an heat exchanger provided on a hot waste gas system is prevented from scaling.
CONSTITUTION: A combustion waste gas exhusted from a dry dust collector is blasted into excretions in an excretion condenser 5 through a duct 29 and by bringing the waste gas in contact directly with the excretions, a sensible heat of the waste gas is utilized for heat source to evaporate water content in the excretions. In the excretion dondenser 5, a combustion air preheated by a heat exchanger 10 is blased into the excretions through a combustion air pipe 25 and by bringing the combustion air in contact directly with the excretions as in the case of waste gas, a sensible heat of the air is also utilized for heat source to heat the excretions and evaporates water content in the excretions. Then, the excretion condenser 5 is of such structure as will not allow the combustion waste gas blased from the duct 29 and the combustion air glasted from the combustion air pipe 25 to mix each other in said device.
