Abstract
PURPOSE: To lighten a heat collector and improve the heat collecting efficiency by use of a mixture of air with mist as a heat collecting medium.
CONSTITUTION: Mist is generated from water by a mechanical or electrical mist generator 1, and discharged and caused to float in the air. When the mist is sent into a flat or cylindrical heat collector 2, the mist is directly or indirectly heated by the solar heat, and a part or the entire part of is vaporized and converted into a steam. Upon this occasion, a vaporized latent heat is robbed. Air containing a large quantity of steam is not only used directly for heating but also heats other air, water or the like by heat exchanging means 3. Upon this occasion, steam is condensed and vaporized latent heat is discharged. Discharged air is circulated by a blower 4 and caused to contain again the mist by the mist generator 1, and heated as a heat collecting medium in the heat collector 2 the above described steps are repeated.
