Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and make inductance values uniform and stable, by manufacturing a female screw portion on the inside surface of an insulating cylinder, producing conductor films on the entire surface of the female screw portion, both the end faces of the cylinder and a peripheal part of each end of the cylinder and removing the thread of the female screw portion. CONSTITUTION:A female screw portion 2 is manufactured by a screw cutting method on the inside surface of an insulating cylinder 1 of Teflon, epoxy resin or the like. Electroconductive films 3 are produced by nonelectrolytic plating, electroconductive paste coating or the like on the entire surface of the female screw portion 2, both the end faces of the insulating cylinder and a peripheral part of each end of the cylinder. After that, the thread 4 of the female screw portion 2 is removed by cutting, grinding or the like, thereby providing an inductance element which has coil terminals 5a, 5b at both the ends and is made of a V-shaped coil of several turns. According to this method, work efficiency is greatly improved and compact elements uniform and stable in inductance can be manufactured.
