Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency and make inductance values uniform and stable, by manufacturing conductor films on both the end faces of an insulating cylinder, a peripheral part of each end of the cylinder and its entire inside surface and thereafter making a spiral groove of such depth in the film on the inside surface that the groove extends to the insulating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Electroconductive films 2 are manufactured by nonelectrolytic plating, electroconductive paste coating or the like on both the ends of an insulating cylinder 1 made of Teflon, epoxy resin or the like and on a part of each end of the cylinder and its entire inside surface. After that, a spiral groove 3 of such depth is made by a screw cutting method in the electroconductive film 2 on the inside surface of the insulating cylinder 1 that the groove extends to the insulating cylinder 1. This results in providing an inductance element made of a several-turn coil 2a which has coil portions 2b, 2c on both the ends. According to this method, work efficiency is improved very much and uniform and stable inductance values are obtained.
