Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of the high voltage transformer by setting low and high voltage coils in a synthetic resin film formed with recesses and simultaneously immersing for insulation and forming a sheath for the coils. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of recesses 13 for engaging parts of high voltage transformer 3 and magnetic core 1 are continuously formed in the synthetic resin film 12 by a press and so forth. The high voltage transformer 3 is contained in the recess 13, the entirety is dipped in this state in a liquid insulator 14 so that the entirety is submerged therein, and is then removed out of the insulator 14. Then, the insulator 14 is cured, and the transformer is removed out of the recess 13 of the film 12. Thus, an insulator sheath is formed in the shape of recess 13 around the transformer 3, and such a transformer 3 can be obtained.
