Abstract

PURPOSE:To integrate the winding process and the molding process of the coil by arranging a plurality of cores in such a manner as to be movable separately and individual core member is directly wound with the coil and laminated. CONSTITUTION:The core members 23 each with a projection to have the coil mounted to are provided in the mold for forming the coil mold body 15 in which a plurality of coils 8 are solidly molded with resin, in such a manner as to be movable upward as shown by the arrow a. The core members 23 are moved upward one at a time while the coil holding body 24 is lowered from above. By this, the conductor 13 is directly wound on the projection 20 to form a coil 8. The core member 23 having the coil 8 formed thereon is turned to the original position and the coil 8 is formed on all the core members 23. Then, the upper die of the mold is covered over the coil 8. After die clamping under such a condition, resin is injected to mold.
