Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a good armature with a constant resin pressure by using a cylindrical mold having a groove around the external circumference of the lower part, wherein the cylindrical mould is provided at the inner part of the space of the cut-shaped mould and a disc formed by thermosetting is placed at the bottom part of the cup of the mould for shaping of the winding. CONSTITUTION:A disclike resin plate 4 which is made by kneading on a stage A thermosetting resin together with an additive is placed on a mould 3 provided a groove 10 around the external circumference of the lower part. A commutator 5 and an armature winding 1 connected by a lead wire are installed on the plate. Then, a heated mould 7 is inserted from the upper part. When the mould 7 arrives at a fixed position to almost complete the shape, the resin on the plate 4 will be melted and filled up in the space formed by the moulds 3, 7 and 8. Extra resin came out from the space is stored in the groove 10. After hardening the resin, the mould will be removed to take out the armature.
