Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture the electric machine stabilized in quality through the process consisting of providing a disc made of a thermosetting resin at the bottom of the cup of a coil size adjusting die, inserting a machine coil in a heated die and tightening the heated die by applying pressure from up and down. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped resin plate 4 made of a raw thermosetting resin blended together with an additive is placed on a heated first die 3, a machine coil 1 is inserted together with a commutator 5 connected to a lead-out wire and a shaft 6 into the die 3 from upward of the plate 4, and a heated second die 7 is inserted from upward of the die 3. The coil 1 is then adjusted to a given size. The third die 8 is inserted from upward after inserting the die 7 up to a given place, the plate 4 melts and filled in a space made of the three dies 3, 7 and 8 while letting the coil 1 slide. After resin has set while this condition is maintained for several minutes, the dies 3, 7 and 8 are taken off and an electric machine is taken out. Thereby, manufacture can be made of the electric machines stabilized in quality.
