Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a multipole flat coil with less number of steps by installing winding molds of the number corresponding to the number of the poles on a mold holder, winding continuously wires on the total mold to form a coil and then bonding the adjacent coils to integrate them. CONSTITUTION:Winding cores 31 of the same number as the number of the poles of a stator are annularly arranged on a rotatable mold holder 33. The holder 33 is intermittently rotated to sequentially position the cores 31 on the coil forming positions. Then, only the core 31 coming to the coil forming position is raised higher than the other cores 31, a wire 104 is wound in the state that the core is interposed between the mold 29 and a flange 87 elevationally, thereby forming a coil 105. These steps are sequentially repeated to form the coil 105 of the entirety continuously with one wire 104, the coil is then heated at it is to bond the entire coil. A stator yoke is placed further on the coil, is pressurized, bonded and integrated.
