Abstract

PURPOSE:To mitigate electric connection work by constituting a multilaminated coil whose winding work is divided in many stages with a single piece of continuous winding and therefore, simplifying preparations for electric wire and attachment/detachment of a winding frame. CONSTITUTION:Both side plates 7 and plural intermediate plates 8 are attached to a winding core 6 and a winding shaft 9 is fixed through the winding core 6. The intermediate plate 8 is split into more than two parts and are assembled together on the winding core. Spacell is provided in the assembled part and a notch 12 is provided on the periphery. An electric wire provided with a self-melting/attaching insulation layer is first fixed on the exterior of a winding frame and then is wound around a winding space part 13 a required number of times. Following this procedure, the next winding space part 13' is subjected to the same manner of winding work and a winding part 13'' is wound with the electric wire. An insulation spacer 14 is inserted under pressure into the space part 11 and notch 12 provided on the intermediate plate 8. After winding work, the self- melting/attaching layer, heated, is cured to fasten the coil. Later when it is cooled, the intermediate plate 8, shaft 9 and side plate 7 are removed, and also the core is removed to form an electromagnetic coil 1 consisting of a cluster of coils. After this process, resin is applied to the said coil as a molding material to provide an electromagnetic coil.
