CONSTITUTION:This consists of providing an auxiliary scanning mirror 3, and increasing the scanning speed thereof in a horizontal direction thereby performing DC reproduction within a margin time produced by this, wherein the incident infrared rays go through an inrared telescope 1, are reflected by the mirror 3 and are condensed onto a photodetector array 5.
