Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the system of enabling the temperature signals which become a reference to be incorporated into video slgnal trains readily and easily by desposing a small mirror which assumes the specified angle in the effective field of view of the main lens and relay lenses on the optical axis and leading and entering the reference temperature signals to a photoelectric transducer through said small mirror.
CONSTITUTION: The infrared rays which the object 10 having a top end 10t and bottom end 10b are inversion-imaged to the first imaging point P by a main lens 6, after which they go through the first relay lens 7a and a scanning mirror 3 which vibrates about a rotating axis 4 and are stopped down by the second relay lens 7b, thence they image on the infrared ray detecting element face of a semiconductor photoelectric transducer 5. The infrared rays from a reference heat source 42 passes through relay lens 41a, 41b then through the small mirror 60 (placed in the first focus position P) fixed at the specified angle and is led to the photoelectric transducer 5 through the scanning mirror 3. Since in this way the temperature measurement scanning of the object 10 and the infrared ray detecting of reference heating element may be obtained without any chopoer, rotating motor and cynchronizing circuit, the device of lightweight and high reliability is obtained.
