Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the construction with small CI value (effective resistance), by fixing one end of the quartz bar across the recess of the base supporting the quartz bar so that the center of fixed end of the quartz bar cannot be allowed to contact but released. CONSTITUTION:Both ends toward X-axis of the rod-shapes thickness slip quartz oscillator bar 7 have the bevel part 7a, and the electrode membrane 8 and the leading electrode membrane 9 are formed on the both sides. The base 10 supporting the quartz bar 7 is inserted with the metallic ring 12 at the external circumference of the insulation base 11, and the two lead terminals 13 are burried to the base 11 airrightly. On the upper surface of the base 11, the recess part 14 and the cut-grooves 17 adjacent to it are formed, and the depth of the cut-groove 17 is made shallower than the recess part 14. Further, the upper side of the terminal 13 is located at the bottom of the cut-groove 17. This cut-groove 17 is inserted with the end to which the electrode membrane 9 of the quartz bar 7 is extended and it is fixed with the conductor bonding agents. As a result, the center part in width direction of (toward Z-axis) the fixed end of the quartz bar 7 can be released from the base 10.
