CONSTITUTION:In terminal substrate 1, stepped concave part 3 is provided and in this stepped concave part 3, piezoelectric vibrator 10 is contained. At intermediate- step part 5, the electrode lead-out part and lead-out terminal of piezoelectric vibrator 10 are connected together by conductive connection part 16. Further, piezoelectric vibrator 10 is sealed with sealing member 21.
