Abstract
PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the equivalent resistance, by constituting that the direction of effective electric field for the part along the groove of two oscillation arms and the part near the groove of diapason base can be equal. CONSTITUTION:The electrode located to the circumference of one oscillation arm 5a and the electrode located at the center of another oscillation arm 5b are connected to constitute the electrode 6a, and the electrode located at the center of one oscillation arm 5a and the electrode located at the circumference of another oscillation arm 5b are connected to constitute the electrode 6b. Further, the direction of effective electric field near the groove of diapason base can be equal. Thus, the equivalent resistance can remarkably be reduced. Accordingly, the power consumption of the oscillation circuit can remarkably be reduced.
