Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption and simplify a structure by properly changing intake throttling control with an intake regulating valve and ON and OFF control with the intake regulating valve and a discharging valve based on the amount of air used.

By repeating the above mentioned sequence, the power consumption can be reduced at all times.
