Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A bypath passage 17 which is branched from the intake passage 14 is formed in a compressor 1, and the bypath passage 17 is opened into the cylinder 11 of the compressor 1. In the bypath passage 17, a bypass valve 20 for opening or closing the opening 18 is arranged. Accordingly, the space at the top end of the bypass valve 20 is lessened, and reexpansion in the space is suppressed, and the intake amount of the compressor 1 can be increased. Further, the pressure in the pilot circuit 25 which is connected with the back pressure part 23 of the bypass valve 20 is varied, and the opening 18 is opened or closed by the bypass valve 20, and the discharge amount of the compressor 1 is controlled.
