Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress an increase of a DC circuit voltage at time of regenerative action by actuating a DC circuit voltage on an inverter and correcting an inverter frequency based on the said detection in such direction that an electric motor slip may be minimized. CONSTITUTION:When an induction motor 2 is driven by means of a voltage on a DC circuit 1-D for an inverter is detected by a detection means 3 consisting of a proportional integrator which integrates a differential between the said voltage and a reference voltage. Then an output from the said detection means is input to a correction means 4 consisting of an adder which adds a frequency command value and an output voltage of the detection means 3, controlling a frequency for the inverter 1 through a voltage-frequency converter 5. Consequently, it is possible to minimize a slip of an electric motor 2 through the increasing of an interver frequency when a voltage has increased following the return of a regenerative power to DC circuit 1-D side at time of a regenerative action. Thus an overvoltage can be prevented effectively.
