Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove a residual developer without exerting an inferable influence on a photoconductor, by applying the alternating voltage between the photoconductor and the magnetic pole which has been placed closely to it, collecting a developer to the magnetic pole, and also providing a slide friction member behind this cleaning means. CONSTITUTION:A toner image which has been developed on the photoconductor drum 1 is transferred on prescribed transfer paper, and the residual one component compound toner is cleaned by the cleaning equipment 2. The cleaning equipment 2 is constituted of a fixed magnet, a sleeve 3, a blade 4, a store part 6, etc. When the space between the drum 1 and the sleeve 3 is 300-400mum, the surface of the drum is cleaned by applying the alternating voltage of 1,000-2,000V and frequency of 100-1kHz. Also, a small quantity of toner after cleaning and stuck dust in the air are removed by the auxiliary cleaning equipment 8 such as a web of cloth and paper, etc.
