Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a developer removed of impurities reusable by removing the residual developer remaining on the surface of a photoreceptor after transferring by a cleaning means from said electrostatic drum, and removing impurities such as paper dust contained therein. CONSTITUTION:The residual toner on the surface of a photoreceptor is removed together with paper dust by a cleaning blade 7, is attracted to a magnet roller 11 revolving in an arrow direction and arrives at the opposite position 14a of a magnetic body 81. In the place of the hollowed body 81, a magnetic toner D ears along the magnetic lines of force and removes non-magnetic impurities such as paper dust. These are removed together with the unnecessary extra fine magnetic toner. Further, the remaining impurities are removed similarly by a magnetic body 82 making similar action.
