Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a low-voltage operation, by installing a load element in parallel to the load means to give a control to the load element in accordance with the output of a logic circuit and thus eliminating the effect of the leak component of a formed transistor. CONSTITUTION:When the set signal of the input terminal 24 is at the GND level, the P type transistor TR30 and N type transistor TR29 are turned on and off, respectively. Thus the output 25 turns to the +V level, and the output of the inverter 33 turns to the GND level. As a result, the P type TR31 is turned on. In this case, the output 25 is fixed at the +V level by the TR31 although the leak resistances R36 and R37 shown by the broken lines 36, 37 exist. Then the set signal of the terminal 24 turns to the +V leve with the TR29 and 30 turned on and off each. Under such conditions, the +V level is supplied to the logic TR36 to turn on it. In such state, the division level decided by the resistance ratio among TR31, 26 and 29 each is applied to the potential of the output 25. In this case, a steady level is kept for the output 25 if the sum value of resistances R36 and R37 is higher than the prescribed value.
