CONSTITUTION:Stabilizing power supply circuits 15-20 are provided which make an output voltage Vo stabilized quickly when a DC input voltage Vi becomes the first prescribed voltage Va or more, and the DC input voltage Vi is detected; and when this voltage reaches the first prescribed voltage Va, these stabilizing power supply circuits perform the stabilizing operation. When the DC input voltage Vi becomes the second prescribed voltage Vd or less lower than the first prescribed voltage Va, the stabilizing operation of the stabilizing power supply circuits is stopped. Voltage detecting circuits 3-13 and 25 having the hysteresis function are so provided that stabilizing power supply circuits do not perform the stabilizing operation unless the DC input voltage Vi becomes the first prescribed voltage Va or more in case that the stabilizing operation of stabilizing power supply circuits is stopped temporarily.
