Abstract

At the same time, because the output of the comparator 13 becomes "0", the reference voltage is changed, a reference voltage to the input voltage of the comparator 13 changes. In this way, a hysteresis characteristic the level of which is equal to or more than the input ripple voltage can be provided to the said voltage.
