Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of chattering, by giving the characteristic having a polygonal line to the negative conductance of an oscillating circuit and detecting approach of a detecting member in the level before the polygonal line and detecting going-away of the detecting member in the level of the polygonal line. CONSTITUTION:Since a nonlinear circuit 20 has such characteristic that the gain is 1 for an input voltage equal to and smaller than VZ and a constant value of VZ is outputted for an input voltage larger than VZ, the negative conductance at the view from a point A shows a polygonal line at the point of VZ. When a detecting member approaches resonance circuits 4 and 5, the oscillation output is small, and the nonlinear circuit 20 is operated in the linear region, and a transistor TR is turned off. Consequently, the reference voltage of a comparing circuit becomes a level higher than VZ at the bend point, and this level is inverted when the detecting member goes away. Until the detecting member approaches, the TR16 is turned on, and the level of the reference voltage is lower than VZ; and this level is inverted when the detecting member approaches.
