Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove dependency of a negative conductance value on a temperature, supply voltage, etc., and to always hold constant detecting sensitivity, by cascading a transistor amplifier whose base has been grounded, to an output of a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:Oscillating voltage generated in an LC resonance circuit consisting of a detecting coil 4 and a capacitor 5 is converted to a current by a transistor 6, and drives a current mirror circuit consisting of transistors 8, 9. An output current from the transistor 9 is inputted to the emitter of a transistor 11 which has been cascaded. The transistor 11 is a base grounding circuit whose base has been held at constant potential, an emitter current whose current gain is almost ''1'' is outputted to the collector, is fed back to a base point A of the transistor 6, and the admittance which has seen the active circuit side from the LC resonance circuit becomes a negative conductance value.
