Abstract

PURPOSE: To make direct coupling to the next stage easy, by providing different polarity for an FET3 and a transistor (TR), connecting a resistor connected to the TR to a negative power supply, and connecting a constant power supply to a positive power supply from a common connecting point between the FET and the TR.
CONSTITUTION: The operating current of an FET3 is supplied with a constant current source 9 and a current substracting the operating current of the FET3 from the current value of the source 9 is applied to a TR15. A DC voltage is applied to the base of the TR15 with a DC power supply 16 and the drain voltage of the FET3 is kept to a voltage almost equal to the voltage value of the power supply 16. Since the collector of the TR15 is connected to a negative power supply -B via a resistor 17, even if the resistance value of the resistor 17 due to the limitation of the amplification factor and the like, the DC potential at an output terminal 8 can be set to an arbitrary voltage value depending on the setting of the current of the current source 9 or the voltage of the power supply -B. When a positive signal is applied to an input terminal 1, the current of the FET3 is increased, and the current of the TR15 is decreased in terms of the increment and the level at the terminal 8 goes toward the negative polarity.
