Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform sufficient operation by using a low-voltage power source by amplifying a recording signal and turning on a transistor (TR), which permits an input signal to by-pass itself, by the amplification output. CONSTITUTION:A recording signal supplied to an input terminal 14 is amplified by a recording amplifier 15, whose output voltage is divided by resistances R4 and R5. A transistor (TR)Q4 amplifies and outputs the positive half-cycle part of the voltage-division output signal. Consequently, the collector voltage of the TRQ4 is charged in a capacitor C4 with a time constant prescribed by the capacitor and a resistance R7 and when the charged voltage becomes high enough to turn on a TRQ5, TRs Q5 and Q3 turn on to permit part of the recording signal to by-pass themselves. Therefore, the output level of the amplifier 15 is adjusted. Consequently, even when an outout voltage level from the amplifier 15 is low, sufficient level adjusting operation is achieved.
