Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the control accuracy of temperature, by using the differential amplifying circuit consisting of two in-phase amplifiers and thus securing a constant amplification factor of the differential amplifying circuit regardless of the set temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The detected voltage eT corresponding to the temperature to be controlled and detected through the temperature detecting circuit A is applied to the differential amplifying circuit C. The circuit C consists of the in-phase amplifiers C1 and C2. The amplifier C1 uses the voltage eT for the in-phase input and then the reference voltage ei produced through the temperature setting circuit B for the reference input; and the amplifier C2 uses the set voltage ed produced through the circuit B and then the output voltage e1 of the amplifier C1 for the reference input. Then an appropriate relation is selected for the amplification factors between the amplifiers C1 and C2, and thus the difference between the voltage ed and eT can be amplified with a fixed amplification factor at all times. At the same time, the output voltage e2 becomes equal to the voltage ei when ed=eT is obtained. Accordingly, a high-accuracy control is secured for the driving circuit D.
