CONSTITUTION:A plate 32 having openings 32-1-32-4 adheres to a rotor magnet 31. A magnetic flux of the rotor magnet 31 passing through the openings 32-1- 32-4 is detected with a position detector 5 provided with a Hall element 51 and a magnetic flux concentrating plate 22 to control the energization of stator coils 33-4-33-3. This enables the controlling of the energization of the stator coil with only one position detecting element.
