Abstract
PURPOSE:To make possible the start-up operation free of manual control and continuous and safe operation without halting the machine free from damage thereto in case the pressure detector or the like is damaged by determining the input to the PI arithmetic circuit through the output of the minimum value selector. CONSTITUTION:At the start of the operation, if the pressure deviation signal eP is larger than the output ef of the PI arithmetic circuit 15 with a resin pressure lower than the set level of a pressure setting device 13, the gain of the DC amplifier 14 is sufficiently large. The output S1 of the amplifier 14 is at its maximum, meaning S1>S2. Consequently, the minimum value selector 21 selects S2. Thus, M1 motor 4 controlled in the speed to a level set by a speed ratio setting device 20 regardless of the resin pressure. Then, as the resin pressure gradually increases and exceeds the set value of a pressure setting device 13, the output of the external feedback type PI adjustment meter 18 becomes less than the output S2 of the speed ratio setting device 20, where the minimum value selector 21 selects the signal S1 of the pressure control system. A switch is automatically made from the speed control to the pressure control.
