CONSTITUTION:When the output frequency of the motor lies in a specified range with regard to the reference frequency, the frequency deviation signal is given to a control mechanism 9 via an operation amplifier 8. When the specified range is exceeded, a signal is sent out from a frequency range detector 19, and an incomplete differential circuit 20 differentiates the output signal of the frequency range detector 19. At this time, the frequency deviation signal is added to the output signal of the incomplete differential circuit 20, then given to the control mechanism 9. Therefore, the rate of variation of the input torque of a hydraulic turbine becomes maximum, and the output frequency is quickly recovered.
