Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the printing on electronic components without giving damage to the element substrate through an easy positioning by a system adapted to perform printing in sequence with a fluoroscopic irradiation of an object on a transparent stage fixed on a bed horizontally movable as well as rotatable.
CONSTITUTION: A mask 19 is set on a transparent stage 14 and a screen 20 is set on the mask. A pattern on the screen is printed on the mask 19 by means of a stage 21. Then, the screen 20 and the mask 19 are reset and an element substrate 15 having a given pattern is set at the fixed position on the transparent stage 14. After the mask 19 is placed on the substrate, positioning is made between the pattern of the printed mask and the pattern of the element substrate 15 adjusting the transparent stage 14 in the direction of X-Y-θ. Following the end of the positioning, with the element substrate sucked securely through a vacuum hole 12, the mask 19 is reset and with the screen 20 set, a printing is performed on a sound absorbing agent by the stage 21. Upon the end of the printing, the screen 20 is lifted with the suction halted and the element substrate 15 is taken out.
