Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the danger like the explosion and the like through generation of an alarm before the liquid flowout by switching the paths of the pressure gas via the micropressure gas enclosed onto the liquid surface when transhipping the inflammable liquid.
CONSTITUTION: The detection/alarm device is mounted to the inflammable gas collection coverage part of the insertion tube which is put into the tank. When diaphragm 26 rises up, the gas in exhaustion room 32 is exhausted within induction coverage body 9 via path 31. After this, the insertion tube is pulled out of the tank to dissolve the micropressure gas, and thus diaphragm 26 lowers down to be reset. Thus the gas is absorbed into room 32. When thin hole 38 of valve seat 39 is opened by valve 36, the pressure gas stays at the same pressure level in both induction room 54 and air supply room 37. Thus piston 42 and valve 48 are pushed up to release valve seat 51. As a result, the pressure gas reaches the blowing unit from the opening part of seat 51 through room 55 and path 56 to produce the alarm.
