Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Pressure in a closed space 7 is kept at the atmospheric pressure, a space 3 is filled with cleaning water 6 of normal temperature, a tube plate 1 is heated by a heating system 5, deep-inside portion of the cleaning water 6 in the space 3 is heated up to approximately 80°C, the water temperature is gradually lowered so that entry side water becomes approximately 50°C, an air release valve 9 is closed, and at the same time, a pressure reducer 8 is operated to reduce the pressure in the closed space 7 from the atmospheric pressure to negative pressure. The deep-inside portion of the cleaning water 6 which has been heated up to approximately 80°C is evaporated when the pressure in the closed space 7 is reduced and reached the saturated pressure, and as the volume is expanded by 1000 times, a precipitation 4 in the deep-inside section is expelled from the space 3, and thereby the space 3 is satisfactorily cleaned.
