Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover effectively heat energy by a procedure in which the first absorption liquid in which a gas is absorbed is heated to cause the gas to give off, the gas is compressed and then absorbed in the second absorption liquid, and the heat of absorption generated on absorption is recovered.
CONSTITUTION: The first absorption liquid in which a gas is absorbed is let in the generator 2 through the liquid conduit 7 and then a energy is given to the first absorption liquid by the heat source 12 to cause the gas to give off (process A). Then, the gas given off is supplied to the compressor 9 through the conduit 8 where the gas is compressed (process B) and then introduced through the conduit 8 into the heat recoverer 1 where the gas is absorbed in the second absorption liquid supplied from the conduit 6 and the heat of absorption generated there is taken out as the recvered heat 11 to the outside (process C). Then, said second absorption liquid is sent to the heat exchanger 3 through the conduit 7 for cooling and then introduced through the valve 5 into the generator 2 to cause the gas to give off, and then the absorption liquid is sent to the heat exchanger 3 throhgh the conduit 6 and the pump 4 to heat it and then introduced into the heat recoverer 1.
