Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate hazard of catching fire and explosion, by engaging a holding member installed on the outside of the spherical shell with the engaging area provided on the high liquid preventive dike, and by arranging a leak gas detecting terminal and a ventilation piping in the lower space of the spherical shell. CONSTITUTION:A holding member 11 installed on the outside of the spehrical shell 7 engages with the engaging area 9 provided on a high liquid preventive dike 6, while a leak gas detecting terminal 28 and a ventilation piping 29 are arranged in the space between the lower part of the spherical shell 7 and the high liquid preventive dike 6. Thus hazard of catching fire and explosion can be eliminated because even when gas is leaked, the leak gas is detected by the leak gas detecting terminal 28 immediately, and exhausted through the ventilation piping 29.
