CONSTITUTION:The front top roller 3 is supported by the tip of the front top roller arm 9 swingable about the fulcrum 11 of the bracket 10. The brackets 7 are fixed on the bar 6 held by the retainer 5 containing a pressing spring for the weighting arm 2. The top roller 3 is pressed to the bottom roller 4 by the arm 9 through the adjusting bolts attached to the brackets 7 to nip bundles in two positions. For releasing the pressure, the arm 2 is turned about the support bar 13 as a fulcrum to nelease the roller 3 from the roller 4.
