Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process by carrying out thermal deposition and aging at the same time by interposing a low-melting-point interposing polymer film between a polarizing polymer film and an electrode plate and then by depositing it at a low temperature close to the melting point of this interposing film. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture an electrode plate electret for a static type electro- acoustic converter, fixed number of lamination bodies 30 with-melting-point polymer film 20 interposed between polarizing polymer film 14 and conductive film 15 obtained in the 1st process are stacked on substrate 21 in thermostatic chamber 24 through discrete polyethylene film 23. On uppermost film 23, a weight of a fixed value is mounted and in this state, the inside of chamber 24 is held for a certain time at a fixed temperature within the thermal bonding temperature range of film 20. In this process, film 14 is deposited on conductive film 15 through interposing film 20 and thermal deposition and aging are carried out at the same time, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process.
