PURPOSE:To increase equi-axed crystal zone in the central part of a casting piece and elevate the casting piece quality, by applying supersonic waves with rolls to two special places which have unsolidified molten steel in the casing piece in case molten steel is cast continuously. CONSTITUTION:The molten steel in the tandish 1 is poured into the water cooling copper mold 4 for continuous casting with the soaking nozzle 3, and is guided with the guide rolls 8 and is drawn out.
