Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the bearing power of soil by fluidizing soil and sand to extend the fluidizing range outside the excavated region and thereby to relax the ground and, after a few days, allowing the relaxed ground to solidly coagulate naturally.
CONSTITUTION: When a pile member P has reached a predetermined depth F, excavation and stirring are continued while injecting an antifriction material a from the tip end of an auger 2, to fluidize the soil and sand in range X. In this condition, with the anger 2 loaded in the excavation direction, the internal pressure is increased, the antifriction material a penetrates into range X' yet to be stirred, and the fluidizing range of the soil and sand is extended further. Then, coment is charged from the tip end of the auger 2 into the fluidized soil and sand. After a few days, simultaneously with the coagulation of the ground under the pile member P, the volume of the fluidized soil and sand changes according to the internal pressure, to form a ground which is strongly compressed and consolidated and is rich in bearing power of soil.
