Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the supporting force of the pile body by hardening the subsoil around the lower end and the circumferential section of a hollow pile body with a hardening agent.
CONSTITUTION: A grouting hole 2 is cut on the outer surface of the hollow pile body 1 and then, the pile body is inserted into a hole 8 excavated. A rod 6 is lifted up to the lower end of the pile body injecting under a high pressure a hardening agent through nozzles 7 and 7' at the tip of the rod provided with a packer 5. As a result, the subsoil is hardened around the lower end of the pile body. Then, after the inside of the pile body is closed, the hardening agent injected from the nozzles 7 and 7' enters the outer surface of the pile body 1 through a port to harden the subsoil around the outer surface of the pile body 1.
