Abstract
PURPOSE: To enlarge the pressurized area of the lower part of the pile and to increase the yield strength of the ground by setting the prepared pile on the extension shoe after boring is done and performing the foot protection by using the cement milk of high density.
CONSTITUTION: The extension shoe 2 is engaged rotatably with the lower end of a prepared pile 1 by an engaging means 3, while a rod 4 for driving is inserted and a stirring device 6 for earth and sand at the tip thereof is allowed to pierc and protrude through an inner pipe 24. The cement milk or the like is sent, under pressure, in the water-injecting hole of the rod 4 for driving and gushed out from the tip and the boring is performed by rotating the rod 4. The own weight of the prepared pile 1 is applied to the extension shoe 2 and, through the intermediary thereof, to the stirring device 6, thereby the digging being promoted. After the hole reaches a support layer C, the foot protection is conducted by injecting the cement milk B of high density in the bottom part of a bored hole A. After that, the rod 4 for driving is pulled up together with the stirring device 6 for earth and sand and the aperture between the outer periphery of the pile and the hole is filled up.
